1. Delivery Responsibility
OVORENT is a brokerage platform. The delivery and return of the motorcycle are handled solely between the motorcycle owner and the renter.
OVORENT is not a party to the delivery process; it acts solely as an intermediary to facilitate the rental service.
2. Delivery Location and Time
The delivery location and time are determined by mutual agreement between the motorcycle owner and the renter.
Both parties are required to be present on the specified date and time.
3. Identity and Driver's License Check
The renter is obligated to present a valid ID and driver's license upon delivery.
The motorcycle owner reserves the right to verify the validity of these documents.
4. Vehicle Check
Before delivery, the motorcycle owner and renter will inspect the motorcycle together.
The current condition of the motorcycle (scratches, damage, fuel level, accessories, etc.) must be mutually confirmed before delivery.
5. Non-Delivery
If the motorcycle owner confirms the reservation but fails to return the motorcycle; The relevant transaction will be canceled, and the renter's payment will be refunded without deduction.
If the renter fails to arrive at the designated drop-off location, the transaction will be considered a 'No-Show' and no refund will be issued.
6. Return Process
At the end of the rental period, the motorcycle must be returned at the location and time specified by the parties.
If a re-inspection is performed during the return, and new damage or deficiencies are detected, the renter will be held responsible.
7. OVORENT's Role
OVORENT cannot be held responsible for any delays, damage, invalid ID/driver's license, fuel shortage, or similar issues that may arise during the delivery process.
The platform merely facilitates the rental process between the parties digitally.
