Cancellation Policy
1. Free Cancellation Right
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the reservation start date are free of charge.
In case of cancellations made within this period, the full amount paid to the customer will be refunded.
2. Late Cancellation
Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the reservation start date will be refunded minus 50% of the total rental fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation start date will not be refunded.
3. No-Show Reservation
No refund will be made for customers who fail to pick up the vehicle on the reservation date.
4. Early Return
If the rented motorcycle is returned earlier than the time specified in the reservation, no refund will be made for the remaining days.
5. Cancellation by OVORENT
If the reservation is canceled due to reasons beyond OVORENT's control (technical malfunction, security, legal obligations, etc.), the full amount paid will be refunded to the customer, or an alternative motorcycle will be provided with the customer's consent.
6. Force Majeure
In case of cancellations due to force majeure reasons such as natural disasters, epidemics, prohibitions and restrictions imposed by official authorities, OVORENT reserves the right to refund the customer or postpone the reservation to a later date.
7. Cancellation by the Motorcycle Owner
If, after payment, the motorcycle owner fails to return the motorcycle to the renter for any reason or unilaterally cancels the reservation; The transaction in question will be canceled by OVORENT.
In this case, the renter's entire payment will be refunded without deduction.
If the motorist repeats this behavior, their account may be suspended or permanently removed from the platform.
